About
A boxing class for participants with basic skills, offering fitness drills, advanced technical training and conditional sparring for carded boxers.
Fitness training uses partner drills, bag work and conditioning circuits; the technical option develops combinations and defensive skills. Carded boxers may spar when suitable partners and a Level 2 coach are present. Complete beginners should attend an introductory class first. Adults must register and book individually; participants often socialise nearby afterwards.
