About
A beginner-friendly guided walk at College Lake nature reserve exploring the fungi found on site.
The Berks, Bucks and Oxon Wildlife Trust leads an entry-level fungi walk around College Lake nature reserve, introducing participants to the UK's 15,000-plus known fungal species and what can be found on the reserve. The session lasts around 90 minutes and involves gentle walking with stops, including some exploring off the main path. It takes place outdoors, so weather-appropriate clothing is recommended, and the walk starts at the Visitor Centre.
