Quality Meat Scotland hosts the closing meeting of the South Ayrshire Monitor Farm programme, marking four years of learning, innovation and collaboration since 2022. The evening reflects on the Andrew family's journey at South Corton Farm, the changes implemented to improve profitability, sustainability and resilience, and future priorities. Lorna Shaw and Gavin Hill of SAC Consulting will present findings from the beef finishing project and discuss practical implications for Scottish beef producers. The event runs four hours, is in person and open to ages 16 and over, with free parking available.
