Bee’s Khraw Pop-Up

A four-day pop-up at SPARK York serving authentic, freshly prepared Thai appetisers, curries and stir-fries cooked by Bee, a long-standing member of the Café No.8 Bistro team.

Bee, who has been part of the team at York's Café No.8 Bistro for 18 years, brings her own Thai cooking to the pop-up unit at SPARK York. Her passion for traditional, home-cooked Thai dishes grew during COVID, when she cooked and shared food with family and friends, later developing into a small monthly takeaway. The pop-up serves a selection of authentic appetisers, curries and stir-fries, cooked fresh to order, running daily from 12pm between 29 October and 1 November.
