Hogmanay On Fingal

Fingal Edinburgh hosts a ticketed Hogmanay celebration with fizz, live music, Scottish fare, sabrage at midnight and a New Year's Day family breakfast.

Aboard the five-star ship Fingal in Leith, Hogmanay is celebrated with a ticketed evening in the ship's Ballroom, featuring live music, fizz and Scottish food leading up to midnight, marked by a piper and a sabrage spectacle with the ship's ceremonial sword, followed by a dram and stovies and a balloon drop. Optional extras include dinner in The Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar and exclusive private dining on the ship's Bridge. On New Year's Day, guests can first-foot Fingal with a family breakfast prepared by the onboard Galley chefs.
