Ashley leads a Zumba dance-fitness class that turns cardio into a party with simple, repeatable moves set to global music. Sessions run for an hour and are described as pressure-free, focused on joy, movement and community. Ashley became an instructor after finding she missed the joys of movement following the birth of her son, and aims to help people find happiness through dance. Classes cost £8 and pre-booking is recommended.
