About

Drop-in coached boxing at Carney’s for adults on Tuesdays and people aged 16 or older on Saturdays.

Tuesday sessions are for ages 18 and over; Saturday sessions are for ages 16 and over. Sessions begin with a warm-up and may include pad and bag work, circuits and skipping. Carney’s says optional sparring is available, and no advance booking is needed. A registration pack, PAR-Q and informed consent are required; sparring needs signed consent and a liability waiver, with parent or carer consent for under-18s.
