Stitching Seascapes

This afternoon workshop invites participants to unwind with slow stitching, making a small framed piece inspired by the seaside, with the option to embellish it with shells. It is led by embroiderer Vicky Bilton, who specialises in free machine embroidery and hand sewing techniques such as slow stitching, with work inspired by the seasons, landscapes and nature. A range of fabrics, embellishments and threads is provided, but attendees should bring a basic sewing kit including needles, pins and embroidery scissors.
