Finding Words
About
A three-session arts-based wellbeing group for neurodivergent adults offering calm, sensory-aware creative activities in a low-pressure space.
Finding Words is a wellbeing group for neurodivergent adults, co-facilitated by integrative arts counsellor Cesca Myles and neurodiversity coach Emily Edwards. Across three evening sessions participants can try tactile and creative activities including clay, intuitive painting, collage and found words, erasure poetry and simple printing, all at their own pace with no pressure to talk or share. The group is open to people who are diagnosed, self-identified, questioning or awaiting assessment, and is described as therapeutic and supportive rather than formal therapy.
