Bristol Clown School

A weekly Clown Soup workshop led by Robyn Hambrook exploring clowning through games, improvisation and play for all levels.

Robyn Hambrook of the Bristol Clown School hosts weekly Clown Soup play sessions for clowns, actors, circus artists, improvisers and the curious. Each two-hour session explores key clowning principles such as complicity, generosity, failure, success, acceptance and play through games and improvisations, working both individually and in groups. The workshops suit participants at any stage of their clown journey, and attendees are asked to wear comfortable clothes, bring water and be ready to be physically active.
