A three-hour movement and choreography workshop led by choreographer Jane Castree, drawing on contemporary dance and contact improvisation. Sessions begin with improvised warm-ups done seated or standing, followed by structured tasks exploring choreographic ideas, with reflection through drawing, writing and conversation. Open to adults of all mobilities and experience levels, with refreshments and breaks included.
