EarthScapeVR – Cosmosis

COSMOSIS is a 25-minute audiovisual journey through images and accounts of Earth from space, followed by a Q&A with Tom Middleton and Dr Annahita Nezami.

Created by EarthScapeVR, COSMOSIS uses views of Earth, psychologically informed narration and immersive sound to explore the Overview Effect—the change in perspective astronauts describe when seeing Earth from orbit. The programme continues with a Q&A featuring Tom Middleton and Dr Annahita Nezami. Middleton is credited with original music and sound design; Nezami supplied the sound-design brief and is a named Q&A participant.
