Iyengar Yoga Workshop

An Iyengar workshop at Yoga Point Brixton with Annemarie, focused on developing a lighter, steadier approach to inversions.

Annemarie explores leg activation, shoulder support and softness through the groins as preparation for inversions. The workshop is intended for people who regularly practise a stable shoulder stand, with variations offered where needed. It is not suitable for absolute beginners, during pregnancy or menstruation, or for people with glaucoma. Admission is £35.
