Alston Moor — Anne Charnock and Sandra Newman

Anne Charnock discusses Alston Moor with Sandra Newman at a launch featuring readings from a novel connecting landscape, religious upheaval and ecological crisis.

Charnock’s novel places a sixteenth-century community alongside present-day efforts to restore damaged peatlands. Readings and conversation with Newman are followed by informal mingling; drinks and snacks are provided, and guests may bring their own.
