The Great War Pop-Up Museum

A two-day Remembrance weekend history event with First World War uniform displays, object handling, local stories and identification of photographs and badges.

Knox Historical, Up ’An At ’Em History and History Fayre present the event at Melton Carnegie Museum on 6 and 7 November 2026, 10:00–16:00 each day. Visitors can explore uniforms from land, sea and air, handle objects and hear local anecdotes about British personnel. The programme is suitable for all ages and admission is free.
