About
A children's craft workshop at Hay Castle where participants build and decorate their own working winter-themed kaleidoscope.
This hands-on workshop invites children aged six and over to explore light, colour and reflection by building a working kaleidoscope. Participants decorate their materials with winter-inspired paint, glitter, stickers, jewels, mirrors and washi tape before assembling the finished piece to take home. All materials are provided and parental supervision is required; visitors should wear clothes suitable for messy fun. The session runs for 90 minutes in the Hay Castle Learning Space.
