Father Christmas’s Grotto and Winter Wonderland

Meet Father Christmas and enjoy the Winter Wonderland marquee, choosing a 30-minute arrival window when booking.

Grotto and the Winter Wonderland marquee are offered on 13, 19 and 21–23 December. Arrival windows run from 10:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00 on 13 and 19 December, and 10:30–13:00 and 14:00–16:00 on 21–23 December. Father Christmas visits take place within the selected 30-minute slot and may involve a short wait while guests enjoy the marquee. Each session is limited to six people and must include at least one child and one adult; children must be accompanied by an adult. Contact the Trust to arrange a dedicated slot for additional needs. Tickets are non-refundable but may be rescheduled before the visit subject to availability. Tickets cost £13 per child including one adult; additional adults are £3. Each paying child receives one gift. Under-twos accompanying a ticket-holding child do not need a ticket unless they want a gift. Separate Winter Wonderland Marquee entry is available subject to availability for £5 for one child and one adult, with additional adults at £2.20. Grotto ticket includes the marquee.
