Dinner Club hosts an intimate dining event at Merchants Court on Mowbray Street in Sheffield's Kelham Island, welcoming a maximum of 10 guests per evening. Guests enjoy a 7-course seasonal tasting menu celebrating local produce, with dishes such as baked scallop, panko monkfish and dark chocolate and stem ginger mousse. Every dish is prepared and served by trainees on the organisers' hospitality training programme, giving rising talent hands-on experience. The evening lasts around 2 hours 30 minutes.
