The Nativity Journey

An immersive outdoor nativity play at Wintershall where audiences walk with Mary, Joseph, shepherds and Roman soldiers to the stable.

Wintershall's Nativity Journey is an immersive theatre experience telling the Christmas story, with audiences moving between scenes at Holly Barn Theatre and the surrounding estate. Visitors stand with the shepherds, walk with Mary, Joseph and the donkey, and journey with Roman soldiers before entering the stable. Performances last around 90 minutes and are aimed at all the family, with parental guidance suggested for under-fives due to some realistic scenes. The 15th and 16th December are schools-only days, with public performances on 17, 19 and 20 December.
