About

Author Natalie Denny meets young readers for an interactive session about her Keisha Jones book at the free Books Alive! Festival of Stories.

Part of the Books Alive! Festival of Stories at The Atkinson during October half term, this session in the Library's 'Be Inspired' strand lets children meet author Natalie Denny and hear about Keisha Jones Takes on the World. The 45-minute appearance is hosted by Katy Ashworth as part of a programme programmed by Children's Books North Network. The event is free but advance booking is essential as places are limited, and the wider festival day also features draw-alongs, workshops and performances.
