Brodie Illuminated 2026 – The Land of the Picts
About
A family evening light trail follows Pictish symbols and stories, with projections, light and sound transforming the castle and estate.
The National Trust for Scotland says the 2026 illuminated trail operates four evenings each week, Thursday through Sunday, from 5 to 29 November. The route draws on the Pictish stone at the estate entrance and uses projections, light and sound across the sixteenth-century castle and grounds. The event closes at 21:00, but the entry time is printed on each ticket and the accessible detail does not expose individual nightly slots. Ticket ages: adult 18+, child 3–17, age 0–2 free with a ticket; £5 parking is separate and free for NTS members.
