Continue Nordic walking and develop technique and fitness in an outdoor class.

Continue Nordic walking, refine technique and develop fitness. The course is delivered in four-week blocks, with sessions Thursdays 13:00–14:30. Age 16+; previous Nordic walking experience or beginners-course completion and the ability to walk continuously for at least one hour at a moderate pace. Poles are provided. Bring suitable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Each block costs £44 for Ness members or £53 for non-members; the booking page shows Places Left 0 for each currently listed block.
