About
Nigel Slater explores the overlooked plants thriving in pavement cracks, on walls and in gardens, and their uses, food value and folklore.
Nettles have uses in clothing, dandelions contain vitamins and minerals, and daisy petals help attract insects. The talk looks at why these plants thrive and what they can tell us about medicine, food and folklore. It meets in the Visitor Centre Classroom.
