Photography and Wildlife Walk

A long wildlife walk around Idle Valley, designed for people who enjoy a more challenging route and time to photograph nature.

These first-Thursday walks start and finish at the reserve café. The organiser describes a variable route of around 8–10 miles depending on the day and attendees, lasting about four to five hours with a lunch stop. Bring food and drink; binoculars are optional. The two exact published dates in the current native listing are 5 November and 3 December 2026, both 10:00–15:00.
