Felted Waterlily Pond

A one-day needle felting and hand embroidery workshop with textile artist Maxine Smith, creating a framed waterlily pond artwork.

Participants learn to combine needle felting and hand embroidery to produce a unique piece of framed textile art depicting a waterlily pond. The workshop runs for five and a half hours and is suitable for beginners and more experienced felters. All materials are supplied, including a frame for the finished piece, with tea, coffee and biscuits provided; attendees bring their own lunch.
