Nature Walk at Martlesham Wilds (WG5)

A guided two-hour walk exploring the wildlife of Suffolk Wildlife Trust's new Martlesham Wilds reserve on the banks of the River Deben.

Suffolk Wildlife Trust leads a walk through Martlesham Wilds, its new nature reserve on the banks of the River Deben that is slowly being transformed from an organic farm into a nature reserve. Participants will discover the wildlife of the site on a walk of roughly 3 km over uneven footpaths. The event lasts about two hours, and attendees are advised to wear stout, waterproof footwear and a sun hat and to bring binoculars and a drink.
