About
A practical outdoor conservation session for 11-16 year olds with Suffolk Wildlife Trust, doing hands-on green space tasks and wildlife surveys.
Young Wardens is a Suffolk Wildlife Trust group for 11-16 year olds offering hands-on practical conservation experience at Holywells Park. Participants learn to use tools for green space management tasks and carry out wildlife surveys that inform conservation work in Ipswich, and the sessions can count towards a Duke of Edinburgh award. Young people must be dropped off by an adult who confirms emergency contact details at the start of the 2.5-hour session.
