Seasonal Walks

Fortnightly guided seasonal Nordic walking sessions at Naturezones, open to all with or without poles.

Naturezones runs fortnightly Thursday guided walks of roughly 3–4 miles, suitable for walkers with or without poles, though anyone using poles must have completed an induction session. Walks last from 10.30am to around 12.30pm and everyone walks at their own pace, with instruction from a qualified instructor. The 17th December walk is combined with a Christmas lunch. Walkers with poles must have completed an induction session beforehand.
