Aiming High
About
The Met's accessible Saturday drama group for learning disabled and autistic young people, running weekly sessions in three age groups.
Aiming High is The Met's specialist drama group for learning disabled and autistic young people, run by highly qualified practitioners. Sessions use physical activities and drama games to create a safe space for self-expression, building independence, teamwork, communication skills and confidence. The group meets on Saturdays in three sessions — Juniors (9:30–10:45am), Seniors 1 (11am–12:45pm) and Seniors 2 (1–2:45pm) — with each term ending in a short performance. The second half-term block runs from 7 November to 19 December 2026, with no session on 31 October due to the half-term break.
