A monthly two-hour pain cafe in Wonford offering community support and self-management skills for people living with chronic pain.

Chronic Pain Coaching CIC hosts a monthly pain cafe at Wonford Community and Learning Centre in Exeter. The two-hour session combines social time, guided movement and pain management content based on pain management principles, giving attendees practical skills to self-manage chronic pain alongside peer support. The session is hosted by Sean and Julie.
