Tea at Three

A monthly afternoon gathering at Winchester Cathedral offering tea, cake and companionship, especially for older people and those living alone.

Tea at Three is a monthly social gathering in the Wessex Centre at Winchester Cathedral, held on the third Monday of each month at 3.00pm, with breaks in August and December. It is aimed especially at older people and those living alone, but everyone is welcome, whether regular cathedral visitors or first-timers. Guests enjoy tea, cake and companionship, and some sessions feature a guest speaker, such as Sarah Williams talking about her journey from ITV to Head of Volunteering at the Cathedral. No booking is required and entry costs £3.00.
