Book Fest Free Talk: Jody Merelle – Still Here

A free Book Fest talk in which psychotherapist Jody Merelle shares simple ways to prioritise mental health, with excerpts from her new book Still Here.

As part of Pavilions Teignmouth Book Fest, Teignmouth-based psychotherapist and wellbeing practitioner Jody Merelle gives a free talk in the Stage Area of the Auditorium. She will suggest simple ways to prioritise your own mental health and develop a positive sense of wellbeing, drawing on excerpts from her new book Still Here: 70 Questions for Navigating Life. The talk runs 11am to 11.45am with no booking required, and Jody will also have a stall at the Book Fair on the day from 10am to 2pm.
