Gong Baths

Tuesday-morning gong bath sessions at Pavilions Teignmouth, with therapeutic gongs and instruments played by Julie of Inner Space Sounds.

These hour-long sessions use gongs and other therapeutic instruments, played by Julie of Inner Space Sounds, to create relaxing waves of sound said to reach the nervous system and promote healing and detoxification. Participants simply relax while the sounds and vibrations wash over them; no water is involved. Attendees should bring a mat, pillow and blanket. Sessions run on selected Tuesday mornings from 8 September to 15 December, with some weeks possibly replaced by Laughter Yoga.
