Family Woodland Discovery Sessions

A two-hour family woodland session at Wheatfen Nature Reserve with autumn crafts, minibeast hunting and a take-home bug house.

Wheatfen Nature Reserve runs a family discovery session in its woodland, offering autumnal crafts, minibeast hunting and learning about woodland wildlife. Children make their own bug house to take home. The session lasts two hours, with a morning and an afternoon option, and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
