A Christmas tram journey to the North Pole with hot chocolate, a cookie, Santa’s sleigh bell and carols.

Travel on a decorated single-deck tram for hot chocolate, a cookie and a Christmas visit to the North Pole. Families can see Santa, receive a silver sleigh bell, explore the platform and enjoy an elf show, then sing carols on the return journey. Selected departures run from 27 November to 24 December. Allow about 2½ hours for the experience and arrive at least 20 minutes before departure to collect tickets. Standard adult and child tickets cost £29.95–£39.95; Loyalty Card prices are £26.96–£35.96. Under-twos travel free with a ticket and must sit on an adult’s lap. The souvenir book is optional at £6.99, or £6.29 with a Loyalty Card.
