Raw Chocolate Making Workshop

A hands-on workshop introduces raw chocolate, then participants make and flavour chocolates, shape them in moulds and wrap them as gifts.

After an introduction and a hot chocolate drink, participants make raw chocolates, try fruit, nuts and other flavours, use moulds and package their creations. Ingredients are supplied; bring cutting boards and containers and advise the tutor of food allergies before booking.
