A two-day textile workshop using treasured fabrics, worn clothing and scraps to create an appliqué artwork about personal or family memories.

This two-day workshop turns personal fabrics and scraps into an appliqué artwork. Participants plan the design, arrange fabrics, then use machine sewing or hand stitching and embellishment to make a wall hanging, cushion cover or quilt top. Bring fabrics of similar weight; buttons, ribbon, lace and beads can add detail.
