About
A CPD-accredited in-person workshop with Dr Bhatia on understanding and constructively channelling conflict at work.
Dr Bhatia leads a practical three-and-a-half-hour workshop exploring how conflict at work can be redirected into opportunities to connect, learn and grow. The session covers the consequences of workplace conflict, the neuroscience behind our behaviours, a 'Revolutionary Relationship' model, and hands-on practice of skills for channelling conflict. It is CPD accredited, sponsored by BGPERT, and open to everyone, not just medics.
