Beginners Mountain Bike Ride

A gentle guided ride on QECP’s blue mountain-bike route for newer and returning riders.

A British Cycling qualified leader takes newer and returning riders around QECP’s blue mountain-bike route and skills area at an easy pace. The two published rides are on 13 November and 11 December, both starting at 10:00; the pages do not state a finish time. Nervous riders are welcome, and the sessions suit people new to off-road cycling or returning to it. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Meet in front of the Visitor Centre ready to ride. A helmet is compulsory; bring water, snacks, extra layers and any bike spares you may need. Booking is essential and parking charges apply.
