A slow woodland wellbeing walk using sensory attention and quiet reflection.

Led by Kate from Woodland Wellbeing, this Shirin-Yoku session combines a slow-paced 2–3 mph walk with sensory exercises and quiet reflection, then restorative tea and a chance to share the experience. Meet at Gravel Hill car park at 10:30; the experience lasts around two hours. Bring layers and weather protection; limited spaces require booking and parking charges apply.
