About
A half-day letter cutting and engraving workshop for adults at Burngate Purbeck Stone Centre, taught by stonemason Alan Davis.
This adult workshop at Burngate Purbeck Stone Centre introduces lettering and engraving skills in stone, running from 2pm to 5pm on 14 November 2026. Tutor Alan Davis, a Dorset stonemason trained at Weymouth College in stone masonry and letter cutting, leads the session. Participants work with an experienced local mason whose carvings and sculptures draw on the Purbeck landscape. Four adult tickets were listed as available at £60.
