Hampstead Music Club - Without Words Trio

The Hampstead Music Club returns to Burgh House for another evening of music. Expansive and eclectic yet always subtle and intimate music from this drummer-less trio. Without Words Trio is precisely that: three musicians 'singing' songs as a trio of instrumentalists without ever actually singing a lyric. A jazz piano trio with guitar instead of drums allows for a certain kind of intimate, subtle interplay which suggests the delicate and elegant world of chamber jazz. Nevertheless quite a few styles, emotions and atmospheres are conjured. If you listen closely, you will find all the lyrics are there.
