Volunteering at Forster Memorial Park Junior Parkrun

GoodGym Lewisham volunteers help run the friendly junior parkrun at Forster Memorial Park, taking on roles like marshalling, barcode scanning and tail walking.

GoodGym Lewisham members volunteer at the Forster Memorial Park junior parkrun on Sunday morning, supporting the children's run in a variety of roles including barcode scanning, handing out finish tokens, marshalling and tail walking. The mission is led by the junior parkrun run director rather than a GoodGym run leader, who provides high-viz tabards on the day. Volunteers need to email the run director in advance with their parkrun ID to be added to the roster; GoodGym activities are open to those aged 18 or over.
