Chapel in the Garden Bridport Systemic Constellations

A workshop exploring family dynamics and hidden connections through Systemic Constellations.

This experiential process, also known as Family Constellations, explores underlying impulses inherited from family that may inhibit personal potential. Participants sit in a circle, and the facilitator guides them through a process where group members act as representatives of individuals in their situation. The workshop aims to help participants find change and a new perspective by acknowledging reality and releasing transgenerational burdens.
