Family & Systemic Constellation Workshop- Chepstow, Wales

A three-hour experiential Family & Systemic Constellations circle at Stone Rock Lodge in the Wye Valley, facilitated by Katie Despres.

This workshop offers an experiential introduction to Family & Systemic Constellations, exploring how patterns within families and wider systems may shape our lives. Participants can take part as issue holders, representatives or witnesses, with two constellations usually taking place per session alongside grounding exercises and reflection time. Facilitator Katie Despres brings over ten years of constellation experience and a background in yoga and meditation, giving the work an embodied, relational focus. The circle is held at Stone Rock Lodge in the Wye Valley, where the setting draws on themes of place and the natural world.
