Katey Brooks, an award-winning singer, songwriter and producer, brings her blend of Americana, folk and pop to The Acorn. Growing up inside a cult, she found refuge in song and has since toured the US, Australia, Canada, Europe and the UK, sharing bills with artists such as Cat Burns, Nick Mulvey, Newton Faulkner and Yola. Her album Revolute earned a 'Best Album of the Year' credit from Popdust, and her vocals have featured on records with Brian May, Bill Wyman, Nick Mason and Paloma Faith. After a spell in the dance world in 2024-25, she is back to her rootsy best, with acoustic releases, live shows and stories from the road expected.
