Transmissions Presents: Surprise Film

A mystery film screening by Transmissions at Dalston Superstore, opening its 'On The Verge' month with an undisclosed film shown with subtitles.

Transmissions opens its month 'On The Verge' with a surprise film whose title is kept secret until the screening, with no clues or hints offered in advance. The organisers say only that the choice fits the month's theme of women going through something fierce, and that past surprise picks have ranged from Turning Red (2022) to Almost Famous (2000). The film runs from 7pm to 10pm with subtitles displayed throughout, in a relaxed performance setting with mixed first-come-first-served seating.
