Bonfire Night at Bennerley Viaduct

Watch surrounding bonfire night firework displays from the top of Bennerley Viaduct, with marshmallow toasting and a café open 5-8pm.

Visitors can join volunteers on top of the heritage viaduct on bonfire night to watch local firework displays from surrounding towns across the Erewash Valley. On a clear night, displays should be visible for miles. The event includes marshmallow toasting on a firepit, with supper available from the visitor centre café, which opens at 5pm and closes at 8pm. Access is available from both Cotmanhay and Awsworth sides, with limited on-site parking, and attendees are advised to bring a camping chair, torch and blanket.
