Kids Holiday Triathlon Training Camp

A day-long triathlon training camp for children aged 8-16, covering swimming, cycling, and running skills.

This day camp is held at Palmer Park Leisure Centre, which features a 25m indoor pool, outdoor cycling velodrome, and 400m running track. The program involves practicing all elements of triathlon, including pool sessions, mini triathlons, and duathlons. Participants must be able to swim a minimum of 50m unaided and are required to bring their own snacks and lunch.
