A relaxed dance class for people over 55, led by dancer Melanie Cossette.
Dancer Melanie Cossette leads a class using contemporary and jazz dance, taught exercises and creative activities to explore movement and storytelling. The class welcomes all abilities and experience levels; beginners are welcome and teachers will accommodate mobility needs. Bring comfortable clothing and a water bottle with a lid.
